Career Assessment

You may be considering a new job, or a complete career change, for any number of reasons. Coaching will help you discover career options that are more aligned with your needs for the greatest possible fulfillment, while ensuring that your goal is a viable one in the marketplace. Resume Writing

I leverage my recruiting background, and my experience with employers in numerous industries, to ensure you will have a strong resume that helps you to stand out in the marketplace, whether you are a new grad, individual contributor, or executive. Today's job market is very different than it was even a few years ago. In order to be successful, you need to understand the new dynamics of the job market, the steps that are involved with a targeted job search, and how to connect with those who can potentially hire you. interview preparation (Mock Interview)

As a recruiter, I have interviewed individual contributors through executive level candidates, working closely with hiring managers from initial job requisition through the offer stage. I know firsthand how you can best prepare to answer the most difficult questions from a position of strength, and what you can do to increase the odds that you will continue through what are often multiple stages in the interview process. offer negotiation preparation (Mock Offer Negotiation)

Discover the steps involved in the Offer Negotiation process and how you can use them to your advantage.
