As an executive, you face many challenges every day. How you navigate change, manage others, deal with stress, and handle yourself at work is imperative and sets the stage for how successful you will be. At times, it can be helpful to partner with someone outside of the organization who you can trust. I have worked with executives from many different industries and can help you with a variety of issues. These are just a few of the situations where executive coaching can be of benefit:

  • You’re a new manager, or you’ve recently been promoted, and you want to be as effective as possible in your new role without taking too long to come up to speed

  • You are having some performance issues with your employees, or some problems dealing with your manager, and you can’t go to anyone inside of the organization for political, or other, reasons

  • Although you seem to have a good relationship with your manager, and your performance has been strong, moving up in the organization has been slow or is non-existent. You think you might benefit from bouncing your concerns off of someone neutral and developing a strategy to improve your chances of accelerating your career

  • You are having a difficult time dealing with someone at work (another exec, a peer, a subordinate, or other) and you want to discuss the situation with a neutral party to help you determine the best course of action for you to take

  • Because of some situations you’ve found yourself in at work, you believe your EQ (Emotional Intelligence) may need to be assessed so you can learn how to improve those skills

  • You are considering looking for opportunities outside of your current organization, and you want to navigate your situation in the best way possible, so it can be a “win-win” scenario for both you and your employer
