As an executive, you face many challenges every day. How you navigate change, manage others, deal with stress, and handle yourself at work is imperative and sets the stage for how successful you will be. At times, it can be helpful to partner with someone outside of the organization who you can trust. I have worked with executives from many different industries and can help you with a variety of issues. These are just a few of the situations where executive coaching can be of benefit:
You’re a new manager, or you’ve recently been promoted, and you want to be as effective as possible in your new role without taking too long to come up to speed
You are having some performance issues with your employees, or some problems dealing with your manager, and you can’t go to anyone inside of the organization for political, or other, reasons
Although you seem to have a good relationship with your manager, and your performance has been strong, moving up in the organization has been slow or is non-existent.
